During the period from January 8 to January 10, after the New Year holidays, all our team held a workshop aiming to update our mission, vision, and values.

We are representatives of the family business, founded by Liudmyla Kapustyna back in 2000, and where Yulia has been working presently as an auditor in the second generation.

All the members of our team have discussed whether it is worth to announce now that we are a part of a family business and the way each of us perceives this fact. Actually, the family business means involving only family members, so if the team already consists of many professionals like ours, then the family factor seems to be no longer the mainstay of our business.

 In order to find a shared vision, we held a workshop and made an unexpected revelation in the process. The idea is that family business for us, it is not about family members, but mostly about attitude between each other, about the atmosphere we create among ourselves, and about the mood and values ​​we produce outwardly to our partners, colleagues, customers, and the world around.

 We have lots of such values. At first, it was not easy to express them in the form of words or sentences that would correctly render the meaning we put across in it. However, it was also very important for us to find the common values ​​shared by the whole team, and the one that would help us to enjoy our life processes.

Therefore, it is essential for us to:

  • create a positive team and family spirit
  • act as a unit and to be enthusiastic
  • create and receive a WOW effect from everything we do
  • simplify things: talk about complicated things in a clear manner
  • have fun and have the courage to be different
  • take breaks when needed.
